The Whitehall Manor Homeowners Association (HOA) is a non-profit, community association. The members are comprised of:
- All owners of units in the Whitehall Manor subdivision
- Owners of lots 4-13 in the Whitehall Village subdivision(see map)
The HOA is given authority to enforce the covenants, conditions, and restrictions and to manage the common amenities of the association.Whitehall Manor is a neighborhood of approximately 188 single family homes situated off Old Salem Street, one mile southwest of downtown Apex, North Carolina. The community is characterized by its wooded lots, rocking-chair front porches, family-friendly environment, and custom-built homes with classic appeal and a Southern charm.
Members are assessed $330 per year, which is payable semi-annually (two $165 payments) .
