The Board would like to thank Karen Burdick and family (1404 Applethorn Dr) for volunteering their time to power wash the outside of the pool house and remove the side rail at the entrance of the pool.

The 2008 Annual Homeowners Association meeting has been scheduled:
- Apex Community Center
- Tuesday, April 28, 2008
- 6:30 -7:30 pm
All Association members are invited to attend. Items of business include:
- Financial review. Balance sheet, 2008 budget
- Committee reports:
- Landscaping
- Architectural
- Social
- Pool
- Board member elections (Three spots are open)
- Open forum
You are invited to bring your neighbor and, if you’d like, a plate of cookies or treats for refreshment!
Here are a couple of ways to stay informed and get involved:
- Volunteer your time or services for projects. From time to time, the neighborhood has small projects that could be completed by homeowners with the right equipment and time. This is a small way for the HOA to save a little bit of money while helping more people to get involved. We currently are interested in volunteers for the following projects:
- Power wash the pool house
- Paint the pool house trim

- Download meeting minutes. The minutes from the December 2007 HOA Board of Directors meeting have been posted on the Web site. You can download the minutes here.
- Join the Board of Directors or a Committee. At the upcoming annual HOA meeting to be held in April, three Board of Director spots will be vacated. Anyone who wants to become more actively involved should plan to attend the meeting and vie for one of the positions. If you’d rather participate in a different way, you can always join one of our Committees. It is a great opportunity to serve!HOA members will be notified of the exact date and time for the meeting.

UPDATE: April 5th Yard Sale Cancelled - Rescheduled for April 12th
Homeowners in Whitehall Manor are organizing a neighborhood-wide yard sale for Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 7:00am.
So start cleaning out your closets and garages and playrooms and plan to sell it off! You do not need to sign up to participate. Just set up shop on the advertised date!
In the event of rain, the yard sale will be the following Saturday.
Homeowners are welcome to set up tables in the pool parking lot!!
