The Town of Apex is temporarily waiving permit fees for certain home improvement projects until June 29th. The temporary waiver of permit and inspection fees applies specifically to:

• Additions to existing residences
• Remodeling of existing residences
• Roof replacement for existing residences
• Accessory structures (decks, storage buildings and the like)
• Enclosures such as patios, screened porches, and sun rooms
• Block walls and/or columns for existing residences or their yards
• Swimming pools, spas, hot tubs for existing residences
